Made this really rough animatic a year ago but I never went further than that. Thought it would be a waste to let it linger any longer.
Context: This is HP!Gaster before his rather unfortunate fall into the CORE. It starts with him leaving the lab for a smoke break, passing all his experiments/scientific achievements while reflecting back on the war and all the things he has lost.
The demon is referring to the VOID creature that is all-knowing and a personification of trauma and his own undoing. It lingers and guides him as he walks out with no return.
All of the events are from Zarla-s's Handplates comics, do go check them out for more context than my stick figure animatic doodles. :)
