and the very final scene? Petruchio's response? Richard Burton quote is slightly off the actual Shakespearian original..... "I have won battles you have yet to fight, and being a winner, I bid you goodnight!" Much better than " 'Twas I won the wager, though you hit the white; And being a winner, God give you good night!"
