===== Ingredients =====
-For homemade soy milk
Soy beans 150 g
Water 350-450 ml

-For dough
All purpose Flour 250 g
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Homemade soy milk 160 ml
Butter 30 g


-For filling
Soy milk 200 ml
Sugar 50 g
Corn starch 1 Tbsp
All purpose flour 1 Tbsp
2 Egg yolks

===== Recipe =====

-Making homemade soy milk
Wash the soy beans & soak in water for about 7-12 hours.
Remove water & wash the beans.Place the beans & water in blender.
Blend it about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the large pan & cook for about 15-30 minutes in medium heat.
Remove bubble on top.using fine cloth or nut bag for dividing liquid & meat.

-Making dough
Milk, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour and salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Add butter & knead by hand until smooth surface.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Stretch the dough again & divide into 4 pieces.
Roll into flat rectangle shape & place the filling onto half side of the dough & fold in half.
Pinch the end of dough.
For making shape, cutting line for cream pan shape.
Repeat the same process.
Place the dough on baking pan &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

-Making filling
Place the soy milk, sugar , flour into pan.
Bring to low heat & simmer until become syrupy consistency.
Make sure during the simmer, keep mixing.
Let it cool & use for filling
