The Ember Smart mug is one of those things that you look at and think "It's cool, but it's expensive and I don't REALLY need it". And you would be right - it's not something you need, but it's something that you probably want and would benefit from. I was a bit skeptical of whether or not I would find value in this self heating mug and I'm happy to report that I coulnd't have been more wrong. The Ember mug has been a joy. The days of wondering whether or not I'm going ot be sipping hot tea or spitting out lukewarm water are done in my house. As well the Apple healthkit integration is a really nice touch so that I can start to understand how my caffeine intake might be affecting my sleep patterns and heart rate. Pretty amazing when our mugs can start to have a positive impact on our health.
