4 Eggs
Sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Plain Flour 100g (⅔ cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Desiccated Coconut 25g (4 tablespoons)
Black treacle 2 tablespoons
(substitutes: Honey/ treacle/ molasses/ food coloring)
Lime/lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Zest of 1/2 Lime/lemon
Flaked almonds 1 tablespoon (optional)
Baking pan size 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 30-35 minutes
