This is how I cost my products for my micro bakery; also sharing a glance of my business model and the benefits of having a balance of retail & wholesale customers. This is all relative to London prices and I am fortunate to still live at home so don't have the full fixed costs of a normal bakery yet; I’m still learning as I go but I hope you find this rough guide useful somehow.
