Nowadays it is growing pilot shortage in global aviation market, so you may search for airlines cadet programs of goverment sponsorship if you are lucky to have a specific citizenship. But of course if you are willing to spend your own money it would be the most fast way of all. Belive me in a few years you will return your investments back. But before investing the money, make sure that you like flying! Go to your local airclub and try to fly a joy flight with instructor. If you would still like it, you can kepp it going to your dream job!
