Making keto, sugarfree, low calorie jello is actually one of the easiest things ever! You only need:
1 cup of water
25 drops of stevia
1 pack of jello powder
(if you don't have jelly powder just use 9g gelatine + flavour drops + 1 tbsp. lemon juice + some food coloring)
You also can easily adjust the taste and consistency to you own liking by adding different flavors or using more or less gelatin per cup of water. You can also make some kind of yogurt jello by simply adding some cream cheese or something like that. But I'm still experimenting with this myself, there might be a video about it soon... ;)
There are also ways to make it vegan by using agar agar, but to be oniced I don't have experience with that yet...
