MISO GLAZED SALMON RECIPE
4 Salmon filets
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Rice vinegar
1 cup Miso paste
Cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
• In a sauce pan, combine the miso paste, rice vinegar and sugar
• Bring to a boil, whisking over medium heat
• Once it is boiling, turn off heat and let cool to room temperature
• Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray
• Align the salmon filets on the baking sheet
• Generously cover each salmon filet with the miso glaze, letting the miso glaze cover the sides of the filets
• Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
• Once the salmon is browned and sizzling, remove from oven and serve
