Imagine a flame of fire.

1. Always cooked and eat warm
2. Always added with good fats which helps break them down and aids absorption.
3. Green leafy veggies have to be dipped in water and squeezed and crushed to let the water off, before cooking.
4. Green leafy veggies must be added with spices while cooking.
Enjoy your salads once in a while, only as an indulgence and not as part of your daily diet.
