I hope you have all had a very Merry Christmas!
Days up to Christmas and Christmas Day are always hectic but fun and memorable too!
In this short vlog I wanted to share and give you a glimpse of how I got ready for Christmas.
By the way - I have shared the Risalamande recipe cause it is sooo yummy and you need to try it:
Portion size: 10 persons
2 Liters of Milk (full fat)
200 g pudding rice
2 hand-fulls of almonds
250 ml whipped cream
2-3 tea spoons of vanilla sugar
Let the milk come to a boiling point and add 200 g of pudding rice and let this boil at a medium heat for 30 min.
In the mean time, boil the almonds separately and peal them afterwards and cut them as desired.
When the rice pudding is done, add the almonds and the vanilla sugar, along with extra sugar in accordance to taste (150 g of sugar). Let this boil for 10-15 minutes.
Then pour the pudding into bowl and let it cool down until totally cold.
Lastly, add the whipped cream and stir.
Then put the bowl back into the fridge and serve this cold or medium heated with Cherry Sauce and/or cinnamon.
