This was a teenager with a volar-radial ganglion cyst that was quite symptomatic. In the first two videos you can see the size of it in short and long axis, approximately the size of a grape. Not pictured, but confirmed there was no flow on color doppler and the radial artery is deep and not close to the cyst. In the 3rd video, you can see a 25g needle fenestrating the cyst while injecting anesthetic. And finally, in the 4th part, you see injection of the corticosteroid to help scar down the cyst. Note the significant collapse of the cyst architecture following the needle fenestration and some soft tissue massage.
