Potato Masala:
Potato - 4
Pressure cook for 5 whistles.
Oil - as needed
Channal dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Onion - 2
Curry leaf
Green Chilli
Turmeric Powder
Mashed Potatoes
Salt
Corainder leaves
Red Rice Dosa Batter:
Kattuyanam Rice- 2 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Soak for 8 hours and grind into fine batter.
Ferment it for 4- 5 hours( depending on temperature) as it ferments faster in hot climate.
If the temperature is cold, fermenting will take 8 hours.

Coconut Chutney:
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Green chilli
Garlic
Coriander leaves
Salt
Grind into smooth paste
Tempering:
Oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Red chilli
Curry leaf
Masala Dosa:
Spread Dosa and once its cooked on both sides , add idly podi
and add potato masala and add gingelly oil.
Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
