Barbeque Mince Pulao (Sac – Chicken Powder)
Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) 3 cups
Chicken mince ½ kg
MarinationFor Mince:
Fried onions crushed 1 cup
Green chili paste 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Curd 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bihari kabab masala ½ packet
For The Gravy:
Clarified butter ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Tomatoes sliced 3
Lemon sliced 1
Coriander leaves as required
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Coal to smoke
Layer of Creamy Yogurt:
Cream 3 tbsp
Curd 3 tbsp
Green chilies 3
Cuminpowder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint leaves 5-7
Coriander leaves as required
Blend together in a blender.
Method:
Marinate mince for half hour. Heat clarified butter cook marinated chicken till water dries out. Add tomatoes, lemon, chicken powder, cream and coriander leaves, give a coal smoke.In a dish rub clarified butter, layer rice, barbeque mince, cream mixture, repeat layer top with coriander and mint leaves, smoke with coal and bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees.

Mac and Creamy Moons
Ingredients:
Macaroni (boiled) 1cup
Chicken (shredded) 1cup
Boil corns ½ cup
Capsicum(chopped) 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Bread slices as required
For The Batter:
Flour as required
Eggs as required
Water as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Method:
Heat butter with flour add milk to make a white sauce, add all ingredients mix well, flatten bread make a shape of moons fill mixture cover with batter and bread crumbs. Heat oil and fry them until golden brown. Serve.
