Poor grapefruit. Lemon and lime always steal the show in cocktails. I love mixing with grapefruit though because it can walk the line between sweet and sour and add amazing flavors to drinks. While the Ruby Red grapefruit is the most common, there are many other types of grapefruit. I discuss three of them in this video.
