Dr. Mike is a pretty large guy at 6ft 4in. That definitely plays a role in making this easier for him to do on both men and women. There’s an option to do this with someone lying down and that's the one that will often be done in a chiropractic office on a table.
The joints in the mid-back can become stiff and restricted due to various factors. One of which is postural habits. Many people are stuck working in a seated position throughout their days, usually in front of a computer. Taking little breaks throughout the day to change positions, get some blood flowing and stimulate the muscles in different ways can be very helpful!
