5-MINUTE Guided MEDITATION You Can Do Anywhere to Calm Your Mind
As long as you have your breath, you can practice mindfulness meditation & breath awareness (presence) to help you walk through life with a greater sense of ease. The longer and more consistently you practice, the more you'll continue to reap the myriad benefits that ongoing meditation has to offer. It's not necessary to spend hours a day meditating. Start simply by committing to a 5-minute practice every day. When beginning anything new, do less than that which you think you're capable. You'll surprise yourself by how naturally self-motivating it becomes over time as you stay consistent with your practice to receive its calming benefits. Once you fully integrate mindfulness meditation into all of your everyday actions, your entire existence transforms. You'll have a different life; forever. So breathe, keep breathing, and repeat.
