Ingredients:
2pc Eggs
Salt, to taste
1tsp Pepper
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp Spinach, chopped
2slices Cheese
2pc Bagel
2tbsp Green Chutney
Orange Juice
Green Mayo
Method:
- In a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper and whisk it all.
- Add butter in a pan, add the scrambled eggs and then add spinach. Fold it and keep aside
- Cut the bagel in half, apply green chutney, cheese slice, then goes the folded spinach omlette, layer it with cheese and then finally the other half of the bagel
- In a pan, add the bagel sando and let it toast. Cover the pan so that the cheese melts.
- Serve with orange juice and enjoy your breakfast!
