`Prime Time' was the second single from `Ammonia Avenue' - a 1984 studio album by The Alan Parsons Project. The video is inspired by John Collier's story "Evening Primrose" and features two mannequins coming to life and falling in love in a downtown nighttime setting straight out of a horror movie. The single was a hit in the US and features APP founder and songwriter Eric Woolfson on lead vocals and Wurlitzer piano. The regular trio of Ian Bairnson, David Paton and Stuart Elliott feature on guitars, bass and drums with additional vocals by Chris Rainbow
