In this video, I'm going to share a natural sunscreen recipe that you can make yourself. Many commercial sunscreens have all kinds of chemicals that actually increase your risk of skin cancer.

Here is my natural sunscreen recipe!

Mix together:
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup aloe vera gel; make sure there are no other chemicals in the gel

Heat the mixture until it’s just warm, and everything melts together.

Add 2 tablespoons of non-nano zinc oxide. Non-nano zinc oxide is best because it doesn't easily absorb into your skin.

This natural sunblock is an excellent combination to protect you from UV rays, while also nourishing your skin.
