Today, I visited my mom for another episode of Kwon’s Corner with Kwon’s Mom. In this mother and son episode we made my mom’s recipe for bachelor kimchi, or chonggak kimchi (총각감치). It’s a really easy kimchi recipe using baby daikon radish that’s fast to make and so delicious. This is my family recipe but we’re sharing it with you. I hope you like it as much as we do!
