Triathletes can use one of these two workouts to increase their speed during the triathlon cycling portion of their races. These workouts are for triathletes doing a sprint triathlon, olympic distance triathlon, half-ironman 70.3, or a full Ironman. Triathlon Taren starts the day with a triathlon training swim, then heads into the office to discuss ftp tests on the bike and how to use rate of perceived exertion for triathlon cycling workouts.
