Since this video I have captured even better TIME LAPSE video of the spirochetes progressively forming into the "String of Pearls" (SoP's). The SOP's can be seen at 5:41 in the video link below, but you should watch the entire video.

Microscopy of my blood showing the "Strings of Pearls" borrelia bacteria. This was a difficult capture, because the spirochetes constantly spiral & wiggle & there is a very narrow depth of field. So I am trying to focus in & out to capture the best results.
I have seen these for quite some time in my blood & they are not that common & are harder to find. There are plenty of whole spirochetes, but for some reason these are rare. Perhaps they occur more within the cells & during rare cases when cells rupture they get released prematurely? I personally cannot see into the cysts forms to determine what goes on internally.
Initially within a few minutes of a blood smear I can only find a few spirochetes & with passing time more & more exit the Red Blood Cells (RBC's) & some from the White Blood Cells (WBC's). I would imagine that the string of pearls would have a difficult time making it out of cell walls, considering it's awkward & less cellular dynamic shape which does not easily lend itself to entry/exit of cells. It would simply have a more difficult time spiraling or wriggling out of the cell. I assume that once the blebs are released, then they can easily penetrate cell walls & continue their infection.
From my observations in frequency I always assumed that these were the causes of blebbing, but it looks like with recent discoveries blebs can ALSO be formed within the cysts & from the tips of the bulbous part of the spirochete.
I am pretty sure I speak for the whole Lyme & chronic illness community when I thank Dr. Alan MacDonald for his ground breaking work in Alzheimer's brain studies & finding a correlation between Alzheimers (& indirectly dementia) and the findings of borrelia DNA in those afflicted brains.
I would also like to thank him for his continued persistence & never giving up his fight for what is right & the truth, despite insurmountable resistance.
With this & the other tidbits there is power & momentum to move forward & help millions of people, but those in charge need to respond appropriately.
It does not make sense why the CDC & IDSA would not follow through on this brilliant work & gatherings from the works of others. In time I am sure the scientific community will realize that he deserves the Nobel Prize for this!!!
Dr. Alan MacDonald's explanation of the "String of Pearls" (SoP's). He is a pathologist & has been studying Lyme disease, borrelia spirochetes for 30 years now & is considered one of the foremost experts in the field.
