Arvind Kejriwal Skips ED Summons | Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was scheduled to appear before the ED at 11 am on November 2. The central agency summoned him in connection with the Delhi liquor policy scam. Additional security was also deployed outside the ED ahead of his arrival. Authorities anticipated protests by AAP workers, so they put up barricades. However, the AAP chief decided to skip the probe by the central agency.
