drop index in python pandas
DataFrames and Series always have an index. and it displays to the side of column(s), you can't remove it but you can hide it using some tricks
- If you want to replace the index with simple sequential numbers, use df.reset_index().
- if you want to hide the index use
df.style.hide_index()
