It's become a tradition to read the Preamble of the Polish Constitution of May 3rd at the Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle, and raise a toast to that momentous event that was the ratification of the revolutionary document.
This year, with the building closed for public gatherings because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, it was decided that the tradition would continue, on the front steps of the Library.
