The pain can occur due to various factors, such as scars, episiotomies, or tears during pregnancy. The pelvic organs, which stretch during pregnancy, take around 6 to 12 weeks to return to their original shape after delivery.
To manage the pain, it is essential to maintain good posture, stretch your legs, and take short breaks. Mild form exercises can help relieve pain, and breathing exercises like pranayama can help improve the healing process.
