Those lists of "10 ways to fall asleep fast" have never helped me. Have they helped you? I'm pretty sure they were just put together by people who thought they sounded good -- not people who had actually *used* them to fall asleep quickly.
In today's video, I'm sharing two changes I made recently that have helped me fall asleep a lot faster. Falling asleep used to take me hours... now it's taking (literally) a few minutes.
