In this video, Dom uses the UR-RT4 audio interface for a drums recording session using the Cubase DAW. Using all four pre-amps on the interface, microphones are placed on the kick drum, the snare and two overheads. The video shows how the switchable Rupert Neve Designs transformer on each pre-amp can add warmth, color and texture to the input signal when recording a song. With zero latency, even when jamming you can hear the difference that the transformers make.
