Creamy Garlic Chicken Recipe:
2 large chicken breasts
Olive oil and Butter for cooking the chicken
5-6 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 medium onion or 2 large shallots finely diced
1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2 cup water with 1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
