The tragic death of basketball’s Kobe Bryant on January 26, 2020 shook the world, and, sadly, Bryant was one of the first of many beloved celebrities who would leave us in 2020. Golden Age of Hollywood star Kirk Douglas, singer-songwriter John Prine, and comedian Fred Willard all passed in the early months of the seemingly-endless year, as well as actors like Irrfan Khan and Max Von Sydow, and musicians like country singer Kenny Rogers and Rush’s Neal Peart.
