Ingredients:
5 lemons
3 tsp black salt
3 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup Masala jaggery ( jaggery, dry ginger, fennel seeds, dry coconut, carom seeds)
You can use normal jaggery and add above ingredients instead as well.
Store the pickle in refrigerator for longer shelf life.
