Today we will do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) for each movement in this workout! we are setting up a list with 6 movements, each one being 1-minute long. In that 1-minute try to do any many reps as possible. That means if you can only do 10 then that's it.
Make sure you are going at a suitable pace to keep moving throughout the entire minute.
Go ahead if you need to drop down to your knees for the pushups as a modification. For the squats make sure you are driving your knees outward. Mountain climbers are meant to be a cardio-driven exercise so this movement can be a little bit faster paced if you can do it.
Make sure with your reverse lunges that your knee is parallel with your foot, we don't want it going over the planted foot.
