With change of direction, we have lateral and linear changes, but for this video, we focusing on lateral change of direction training, so side to side change of direction and even lateral to linear. You'll hear me say this is the video, but with change of direction, the key is your transitions. The better we're in, the better we can get out. It's about handling eccentric forces, and then utilizing energy, producing rapid force, proper body positioning, great mechanics, etc. to be able to explode out.
