If you have 2 potatoes, make this Cheesy Potato Quesadilla! Simple and delicious

300g potatoes
Chop the potatoes
Place the chopped potatoes into a pot
600ml water
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Scoop out the potatoes
Mash the potatoes
Smoothen the mashed potatoes with a spoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Paprika
20g dill
Chop the dill
30ml olive oil
Mix well
Smoothen the filling
Tortilla (15cm)
Hot chili sauce
Spread on the tortilla evenly
Add mozzarella cheese to half of the tortilla
Divide the potato filling into 4 parts
Scoop out one part
Place on the cheese
Spread evenly
Sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese
Fold the tortilla in half
Medium-low heat
Unsalted butter
Spread in the pan evenly
Put 2 tortillas in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Brush some butter on top
Flip over
