5-15 December 2020
Shmuel Elbaz presents the audience with his great loves and personal taste in music styles that transcend the boundaries of
western classical music. This Concert’s uniqueness is in the encounter with the orchestra that creates a new, fresh sound that
blends these different music worlds into one.
We will embark into the jazz world in a program based solely on Israeli composers. Shlomi Goldenberg and Tal Babitzky, jazz
composers and prolific original performers, will lay out for you a wide array of styles and rhythms, rich with colorful harmonies.
We will host some of Israel’s greatest and most talented jazz players in a traditional jazz ensemble.
We will also play the premier of Eugene Levitas, our house composer’s latest piece and enjoy again his beautiful orchestrations.
Expect a listening celebration and lots of joy from an original program, comprising solely of “Blue and White” premier performances.
