You want the Tempus Torrent but you need to know how to get 25 double kills with Marksman Rifles! Try this EBR-14 build, jump into Hardpoint on some smaller maps and start racking them up! Alternatively, if you can find someone that already has the gun, ask them to drop it in DMZ!

The most important part of this build is the canted laser, you could experiment with the other parts and maybe lean more into hip fire and recoil control for more longer ranged hipfire shots!
