"0:12 add milk
0:17 add a pinch of saffron
0:20 add almonds
1:09 garnish with pistachios
1:46 serve with jalebi

Ingredients
4-5 cups full fat milk
1 tbsp slivered almonds
A large pinch of saffron + for sprinkling
1 tbsp slivered pistachios + for sprinkling
Method
1. Heat milk in a wide pan, add almonds, saffron and pistachios. Let the milk come to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook till the milk is reduced to ¾ of its quantity or till a layer of malai is formed. Stirring gently in between to avoid the bottom from burning.
2. Pour the milk into individual serving glasses, add some of the malai on top and sprinkle with pistachios and a few saffron strands. Serve hot with jalebis.
