Porto city is Portugal's second largest city, located in the north of the country. In this tour, we will take you in a Porto walking tour, starting at the historic train station of São Bento (Sao Bento Train Station), with its impressive Portuguese tiles panels, depicting several scenes from Portugal's different northern regions.
We then go dow Rua das Flores street towards the iconic Mercado Ferreira Borges, an old red cast iron market, nowadays a cultural hub and performances centre.
We then walk to one of the best places in Porto: RIBEIRA. At Ribeira, you'll find some of the best restaurants in Porto, and some of the best views in Porto, towards Vila Nova de Gaia, across the river Douro.
The famous bridge of D. Luis I is in the background, with people walking on the top tier and admiring beautiful views over the Porto city.
You'll see many esplanades, several street performers, and feel the Porto life.
