I've put the original 4:3 video from the extras of the 2003 DVD and matched with 2016 remix audio (24 bit/96 kHz) from 'The Early Years - Obfusc/ation' adding a bit of EQ (lowering those noisy high frequencies) and correcting the pitch to standard using Izotope RX 9 Audio Editor to get a lossless quality.
