I went to Ukraine during the ongoing conflict and it was, hands down, the most intense, scary and eye-opening experience of my life.

Join me on a poignant journey as I document my experience in Ukraine amidst the ongoing war. I was over there raising money and awareness for Unbroken, an incredible charity who run the National Rehabilitation Centre in Lviv, a city not far from the Polish border in the west of Ukraine.

In this video, I share my honest and raw account of the reality on the ground. After making the journey on an overnight train to the capital, Kyiv, I arrived amidst the worst air raid they'd had since the onset of the war. This was, by a long way, the scariest experience of my life.

Throughout my time in Ukraine, working alongside Unbroken and venturing around the cities, I've witnessed the strength of the human spirit amidst adversity. Every person, every story, every encounter, left a huge impact on me.
