This video provides an update on tropical cyclone Riley off the northwest WA coast, and the developing tropical low in the Gulf of Carpentaria. Video current at 2 pm AEST Thursday 24 January 2019. The low in the Gulf now has a high chance of being tropical cyclone strength on Saturday.
