Argi products from India have a very high demand overseas. APEDA has exported several types of commodities to other countries in FY 2023-24. Kaji Nemu - the state fruit of Assam has been exported to London. Flat beans or Urohi have also found their place in the export list. Currently, bananas are being exported to Russia. Khasi Mandarin from Meghalaya and Queen Pineapples from Tripura have also made it to other countries across the globe. APEDA gave special emphasis was GI and ODOP products for export.
