It is a popular Gujarati cuisine, it is generally prepared from dudhi or bottle gourd combined with mixed vegetables, sooji, besan and curd.
It is baked in a pan till it attains cake -like texture. It is generally served with spicy green chutney for breakfast and snacks.

I have used black measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients :
For batter -
Sooji (semolina) -1 cup
Besan (chickpea flour) - 1/2 cup
Curd -2/3 cup
Grated dudhi (bottle gourd) -1/2 cup
Grated carrot -1/4 cup
Crushed sweet corn - 1/4 Cup
Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum -1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Green chilly paste -2tsp
Spices :
Haldi powder -1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1tsp
Dhaniya powder - 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Eno
Water
Oil for frying
Mustard seed -1tsp
Sesame seed - 1 tsp (til)
serve with green chutney and sauce
