* Jumbo lobster tail
* Butter
* Brioche hotdog rolls
* Mayo
* Spicy garlic ginger sauce
* Soy sauce
* Hot sauce
* Tempura batter
* Lemon
* Green onion
* Arugula
* Olive oil
* Rice vinegar
* Salt
* Pepper
- Start by chopping your jumbo lobster tail into bite-size pieces.
- Combine tempura batter with water and cover lobster bites in batter
- If you decide to make chips, go ahead and slice your potatoes now, and soak them in water to get the starch off.
- Fry your lobster bites and hot oil until golden brown
- Combine, Mayo, spicy ginger garlic sauce, sauce, and hot sauce, and mix well. Add your lobster bites to the sauce and cover entirely.
- Toast, a brioche hotdog bun in butter until golden brown on each side. You can also fry your chips at this time.
- Dress, your arugula, with rice vinegar, olive oil, and salt
- Assemble your lobster rolls with arugula on the bottom, and then your lobster topped with green onion serve with drinks, and a cold beverage, enjoy!
