🤸🤸Jumping jacks, like other bodyweight cardio moves, burn calories and are most effective for fat loss when used in a HIIT workout. That's the bottom line. And don't forget to eat well, get enough sleep, and manage your stress levels if your goal is fat loss.

📍U can add a set if u feel intensity is less

📍U can even do 10 counts instead of 30 sec
