This student project tutorial shows the simulated design method of a dielectric loaded waveguide bandpass filter using Ansys HFSS. The simulated filter is a 3rd order bandpass filter with center frequency of 2 GHz and bandwidth of 80 MHz. In the results section, good return loss (S11) and insertion loss (S21) parameters of the filter is shown.
