DRY MIXTURE
4 cps flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp 5 spice or mixed spice
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cp mixed peeling or cherries
1 cp raisins
1 or 2 cp grated coconut
