As well as eating a healthy diet full of nutrient-dense foods, you can sometimes help optimise your performance more-so with certain supplements to either; a) Make your body more efficient while performing exercise, or b) Increase the rate of recovery post-exercise.
There are a few others I supplement with on top of these, such as Vitamin-D, but these are the ones I would say are most "performance specific".
These are more related to cyclists, runners, and triathletes, but can be applied to any endurance discipline.
