Its been a while since Canon has done a firmware update, but this one could be good for a bunch of Canon users. The R5 looks to get a huge overheating fix for 8K and 4K and all the cameras (R5, R6, R3, etch) get a huge stabilization update that helps to take out the wobble effect that you got when you were recording any kind of walking with a wide angle lens. So we download the new firmware 1.6 for our R6 and see if the wobble is gone. Let us know below if you downloaded the updated canon firmware, for which camera and how it performed.
